The following conditions govern all sales made by Kambio Eyewear through our website kambioeyewear.com. By placing an order, you accept these conditions and waive the application of any other terms.
General Information
All shipments include a tracking number.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10:00 a.m. (CET) are processed the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times (after dispatch)
Spain: 1-2 business days
Europe: 2–5 business days
Outside Europe: 2–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and customs procedures.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping in Europe
We offer free shipping within Europe.
Orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by local authorities. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Shared Shipping Costs Outside Europe
For orders outside Europe, shipping costs are shared. The customer pays a flat rate of 25 €, while Kambio Eyewear covers the remaining costs.
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply and must be paid by the customer.
Availability
All products are subject to stock availability.
In the event a product is out of stock, restocking may take up to 4 weeks, depending on the brand’s availability.
