The following conditions govern all sales made by Kambio Eyewear through kambioeyewear.com. By placing an order, you accept these conditions and waive the application of any other terms.

Free Returns in Spain

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Contact us by email at info@kambioeyewear.com or via WhatsApp at +34 625 418 896 and request a pick-up. The courier will collect the package from your address.

Once we receive the products and confirm that they are in perfect condition, we will process your refund within 4–5 business days.

Returns within the European Union

Returns are possible within 15 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service.

Once the return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

Products may be opened to verify their nature and function, but:

- No tape may be applied to the original packaging.

- Protective films may only be removed if strictly necessary.

Orders outside the European Union

Orders shipped outside the EU are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Additional Conditions

Free gifts and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be arranged. Please contact customer service for assistance.

International Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a customer refuses an order due to unpaid customs or local taxes, the package will be returned. In this case, only the product amount will be refunded once we receive the package back, minus shipping and any return fees.

Warranty

All products are 100% original and sourced from official suppliers.

Kambio Eyewear is an authorized distributor of all the brands it sells.

All products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse (scratches, drops, overexposure to sunlight or heat).
